Grant Kickoff meeting occured on Wednesday September 10, 2008

• Christy Rosenberg went over the material sent by Heather Bennett via email which includes the Executive Summary and the previously executed MOAs
• Joey Manansala and Richard Swafford went over the IT Project components and timeline
• • For the new installs, Vista Community volunteered to go first, followed by San Diego Family Clinic then North County Health Services
• Barbara asked Joey to send the training syllabus (sent via email to the new clinics)
